OverviewChrist Greenfield’s Easter campaign is one of the organization’s largest annual initiatives, spanning multiple campuses, ministries, audiences, and communication channels. I led the campaign’s integrated execution and digital strategy, translating organizational goals into a coordinated launch across web, paid media, email, SMS, mobile, print, creative production, and analytics. I partnered with organizational leaders, ministry teams, campus staff, vendors, and creative collaborators from planning through launch.
The ObjectiveCreate a unified Easter campaign that would:•Serve multiple campuses with distinct service times and events
•Reach both existing members and first-time visitors
•Coordinate dozens of digital and print deliverables
•Launch every campaign component on a fixed timeline before Easter weekend
My RoleI led the integrated campaign workflow from planning through launch, coordinating with stakeholders and managing deliverables across web, mobile, paid media, email, SMS, print, creative production, and reporting.
